MS light poles of 9 meters tall, fixed with LED fixtures of 75w light pole is finished with hammer tone silver gray paint.

DWC pipes of minimum of 100 mm diameter for storm water.

RCC chambers of 450x450x450 mm for communication.
4. PAVERS ON THE FOOT PATH
Sobha pavers of 200x200x60mm thick layed on 50 mm thick sand bed or M sand.
5. STANDING KERBS
Hydraulically pressed half battered flush kerb stone of size 914x305x125 fixed with preparation of concrete mix of M15.
6. SLEEPING KERBS
Hydraulically pressed flush kerbstone of size 914x305x125 fixed with preparation of concrete mix of M15.
7. PLOT DEMARCATION STONE
Consist of 150x150x300MM stones representing the plot’s boundary.
8. PLOT DEMARCATION LINE
Laid with sand dust.
9. COMMUNICATION PIPE
Foam Core PVC pipes of 160 mm, communication cables to be laid by the service provider. Communication pipes are laid at 450 mm depth.
10. WATER SUPPLY LINE
PVC pipe of 25 mm dia connected for individual plots laid all across the plots.
11. ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
LT cables for street lights and for individual plots are running at 750 mm deep and dust is laid on top to demarcate/ represent the LT cable lines.
12. ROAD SPECIFICATION
Compacted earth, 200 mm wet mix, 50 mm DBM and 25 mm bitumenconcrete.

Storm water chamber : RCC covers of minimum 450 mm dia. Manhole chamber: RCC covers of minimum 600 mm dia.
